The Multipurpose Room & West Courtyard

The Multipurpose Room in the southwest wing of the Rotunda may be reserved for meetings, lectures, lunches, and dinners. The West Courtyard may also be reserved in conjunction with the multipurpose room. Alcohol is not allowed in the West Courtyard during the academic year.

Usage fees

The usage fees noted above are incurred for events scheduled outside of normal operating hours (after 5pm or prior to 9am) and/or if the event is catered or requires special setup.

Security fees

For events requiring setup or participant access prior to 9am or after 5pm, two security staff members are required on site. The rate is $25 per hour for each RMC security staff member, at a minimum of four hours, for a total minimum security fee of $200.

Cancellations/Refunds

The room usage fee (deposit) will be refunded if notice of cancellation is received a minimum of 30 days prior to the scheduled event. If the event is cancelled less than 30 days prior to the event, the room usage fee will be charged. As a courtesy, kindly cancel no fee bookings per the same guidelines or as soon thereafter as possible.
