The discussion is led by Vice Provost for Global Affairs Steve Mull with Malcolm Turnbull, former Prime Minister of Australia and Chair of the International Advisory Council of the Center for Asia-Pacific Resilience and Innovation (CAPRI), and Lucy Turnbull, former Lord Mayor of Sydney, who will discuss characteristics of effective leadership from the local to the global level.
